1. General
•Following are the terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) governing the use of www.loansignal.in and accessing the mobile app (collectively referred to as the “Site”), along with the Privacy Policy of LoanSignal, A division of JiT Techlabs Private Limited its holding, subsidiaries, affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “We”). This Site and the Services provided hereunder are operated by LoanSignal, A division of JiT Techlabs Private Limited along with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”).
•By accessing the Site either directly or through a hyperlink or through the mobile app or through any other mode, You accept to abide by the following Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (separately provided) of the Company. The Site contains a Privacy Policy which describes the User as to how and what information would be collected, used and stored. By accessing or login of the Site, You hereby expressly acknowledge, agree and give consent that the Site may use Your personal information in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.
•It is specifically recommended that before using the Site, You must read the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy carefully. If You do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from obtaining the access to or otherwise use the Site. Further, based on the Services obtained by a User, there would be additional terms and conditions in respect of the specific Services and Your continued usage of the Site shall be deemed to have the acceptance of additional terms and conditions of the Specific Services and to have an agreement between the Users and the Company.
•For the purpose of this Terms of Use, the term “User” or “You” shall mean and include any individual who has completed 18 (Eighteen) years of age or any legal person or any artificial juristic person who is accessing the Website of the Company. The term “Your” shall be construed accordingly.
2. About the site
•The Site provides a loan eligibility assessment service that analyses Users’ financial data — including GST filing records and bank statements — to estimate loan eligibility using the same criteria that banks and financial institutions use internally. The Site enables Users and their authorised representatives (including tax practitioners, chartered accountants, DSAs, and financial advisors, collectively referred to as “Affiliates”) to assess loan eligibility before submitting formal loan applications to any lending institution.
•The Site acts as a loan eligibility assessment and pre-screening platform. It does not directly offer, sanction, disburse, or guarantee any loan or financial product. Any eligibility assessment, loan amount estimate, interest rate range, or EMI calculation provided by the Site is indicative and preliminary in nature, and does not constitute a loan offer, pre-approval, or commitment from any lender.
•The Site may, in future, facilitate connections between Users and third-party lenders, banks, non-banking financial companies, and other financial institutions (collectively referred to as “Lenders”). In such cases, the Company acts solely as a facilitator and does not guarantee the grant, sanction, or approval of any financial product offered by any Lender.
•Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes without infringing the rights or restricting the use of this Site by or for any third party.
3. GST data access and bank statement processing
•GST data access: The Site accesses Your GST filing data from the GST Network (GSTN) through Protean e-Governance Technologies Limited (Protean GSP), a government-authorised GST Suvidha Provider. This access is initiated only upon Your explicit OTP-based consent. By entering the OTP sent by GSTN to Your registered mobile number, You expressly authorise the Company to retrieve and analyse Your GST filing data for the purpose of loan eligibility assessment.
•Bank statement upload: You may voluntarily upload Your bank statement(s) in PDF format for financial analysis. By uploading a bank statement, You confirm that You are the account holder or are duly authorised to share such financial information, and that the statement is genuine and unaltered.
•Data accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the GST data accessed through Your OTP consent and the bank statements You upload. The Company relies on the data as-is from GSTN and from Your uploaded documents. Any inaccuracy in the source data will result in inaccurate eligibility assessments, and the Company shall not be liable for assessments based on inaccurate or incomplete source data.
•Read-only access: The Company does not modify, alter, or submit any data to the GST Network on Your behalf. GST data access is strictly read-only for the purpose of financial analysis and eligibility assessment.
•Indicative results: All eligibility assessments, loan amount estimates, interest rate ranges, EMI calculations, risk grades, and financial scores generated by the Site are indicative and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee, commitment, or promise of loan approval from any lender. Actual loan terms, if any, will be determined by the respective Lender based on their own independent assessment.
4. Affiliates and authorised representatives
•Affiliate role: The Site allows tax practitioners, chartered accountants, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), financial advisors, and other authorised intermediaries (“Affiliates”) to access the Site on behalf of their clients. Affiliates may add client GSTINs, initiate GST data pulls with client OTP consent, upload bank statements, and view eligibility assessments for their clients.
•Affiliate responsibility: Affiliates are solely responsible for obtaining proper authorisation from their clients before accessing the Site on their behalf. By using the Site as an Affiliate, You represent and warrant that You have obtained explicit consent from each client whose GSTIN You add or whose bank statements You upload, and that You are duly authorised to act on their behalf for the purpose of loan eligibility assessment.
•Client data handling: Affiliates must treat all client data accessed through the Site as confidential. Affiliates shall not use client data for any purpose other than loan eligibility assessment and related advisory services. Affiliates shall not share, sell, or transfer client data to any third party without the client’s explicit consent.
•No guarantee: Affiliates acknowledge that eligibility assessments are indicative only and shall not represent them to clients as guaranteed loan approvals or binding pre-qualifications from any lender.
5. Communications
•By accessing the Site, You undertake to explicitly have consented to receive communications via phone or electronic records from the Site including e-mail messages and SMS telling You about products and services offered by the Site and understanding Your requirements.
•You agree that the communications sent to You by the Site shall not be construed as spam or bulk under any law prevailing in the country where such communication is received. By registering Your phone number on the Site, You expressly authorise us to override the national Do-Not-Disturb Registry (DND).
•You specifically understand and agree that by using this Site, You authorise the Company and its affiliates and partners to contact You by calls and/or to send You messages in relation to the Services provided through the Site. If You do not wish to receive further communications from the Site, You must cancel Your registration by emailing us at dr@loansignal.in.
6. Registration
•In order to use the Services provided by the Site, You must register yourself with the Site by providing Your mobile number and verifying it via OTP. During registration, You will be asked to select Your role (MSME business owner or Affiliate/Advisor) and provide relevant personal and business details.
•In consideration of Your use of the Site, You agree to:
◦Provide accurate, current and complete information about You as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site
◦Maintain the security of Your login credentials and OTP verification
◦Maintain and promptly update Your information to keep it accurate, current and complete
◦Promptly notify the Company regarding any material changes to information or circumstances that could affect Your eligibility
◦Be fully responsible for all use of Your account and for any actions that take place using Your account
•You agree to notify the Site immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account does not make the Company liable to indemnification.
•If the information provided is found to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend and/or terminate your account immediately without any intimation and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.
•Mere registration with us does not imply the guarantee of loan or other Services offered by the Company. The Site only acts as an eligibility assessment platform and does not guarantee the sanctioning of any loan or financial product, nor does it provide any assurance of favourable terms and conditions.
7. Eligibility assessments and reports
•The Site generates loan eligibility assessments based on the User’s GST filing data and bank statement analysis. These assessments use financial ratios and criteria that are commonly used by banks and financial institutions, including but not limited to Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Fixed Obligations to Income Ratio (FOIR), revenue trends, filing regularity, and cross-validation between GST turnover and bank credits.
•All eligibility reports, scores, grades, loan amount estimates, interest rate ranges, and EMI calculations are indicative and approximate. They are generated for informational and pre-screening purposes only and do not constitute:
◦A loan offer or pre-approval from any lender
◦A guarantee of loan approval at the stated amount, rate, or tenure
◦A credit score or credit report under any credit information regulation
◦Financial advice or a recommendation to apply for any specific financial product
•The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from the User’s reliance on eligibility assessments for any financial decision. Users are advised to consult qualified financial professionals and directly approach lenders for actual loan applications.
•Eligibility reports are retained for a period of 12 months from the date of generation, as specified in our Privacy Policy.
8. Use of site
•The Company grants You a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Services. You agree not to use the Site and Services unlawfully or in any manner that can damage, overburden or disable the Site including but not limited to uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other harmful code.
•You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure, or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
•You shall not create multiple accounts with false information or attempt to use accounts of other Users. Any unauthorised use by You shall terminate the permission or license granted to You by the Site.
9. Third-party services and availability
•The Site relies on third-party services for core functionality, including but not limited to Protean GSP for GST data access, Gupshup for SMS OTP delivery, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and data storage. The availability and performance of these third-party services are beyond the Company’s control.
•The Company shall not be liable for any service interruption, delay, or failure caused by unavailability or malfunction of third-party services, including but not limited to the GST Network (GSTN), Protean GSP APIs, SMS delivery systems, or cloud infrastructure providers.
•In the event of third-party service unavailability, the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable but makes no guarantees regarding the time to restore service.
10. Modifications
•The Site reserves the absolute and unconditional right to change or discontinue, amend, alter, change, modify, discard, replace any aspect or feature of the Site or add any other terms and conditions. Any such amendment shall become effective immediately upon being posted to the Site. It is Your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes. Your continued usage of the Site after such changes indicates your agreement to such modified Terms of Use.
11. Eligibility
•The Site is to be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts. If You are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, You shall not use the Site. As a minor if You wish to access the Site then such access may be made by Your legal guardian or parents who would have to agree with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
•If You are using the Site on behalf of another legal entity, You represent that You are duly authorised by such legal entity to accept the terms of this Terms of Use and You have the authority to bind such entity.
12. Your responsibilities
•You acknowledge that the Site is not responsible or liable and does not control the content of any information that may be posted to the Site by You or other Users and You are solely responsible for the same.
•You are not permitted to post any content that:
◦Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights
◦Violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation
◦Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, unlawful, harassing, indecent, abusive, or obscene
◦Contains viruses or other similar harmful programming routines
◦Damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site
•You are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, sell or transfer any information contained in the Site. If You come across anything on the Site which appears to infringe this Terms of Use, You will immediately contact us on dr@loansignal.in.
•There may be terms and conditions imposed by Lenders and financers from whom the financing is availed. You agree to abide by all additional terms and conditions in order to avail the Services.
13. Authorisations
•You hereby agree and permit the Company and the Lenders to access Your Credit Information Report on Your behalf from credit agencies, if required, and authorise the Company and its Lenders to do all necessary acts on Your behalf including signing and executing agreements, paying fees and other acts as may be required from time to time.
•You also authorise the Company to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications of Your documents, if required, to help match Your requirement for a financial product to the right Lender.
•You agree that by filling up Your details in the request form and requesting the Service, You are providing “written instructions” to the Company and You authorise and instruct the Company, its affiliates and suppliers, Lenders, to obtain and compile Your credit information to provide the Services to You.
14. General disclaimer and limitation of liability
•Although the Company has attempted to provide accurate information on the Site, the Site assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. All information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind.
•The Site makes no warranty that the use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, without defect or error free. You expressly agree that use of the Site is at Your own risk.
•It shall be Your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Site meet Your specific requirements. You will be solely responsible for any damages to Your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any information.
•The Site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties (“Linked Sites”). The Site neither endorses nor is affiliated with the Linked Sites and is not responsible for any content of any Linked Sites.
•The Site assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, completeness or usefulness of information, views, opinions or advice in any material contained on the Site. The Company makes information available without alterations as supplied by third parties and cannot guarantee accuracy.
•Company is a facilitator of eligibility assessment services and does not intend to endorse claims and advice of third parties. Users are strongly recommended to verify information, facts and figures before concluding and resorting to taking a decision.
•The Site shall not be responsible for any interaction between You and the other users of the Site. Under no circumstances will the Site be liable for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third-party dealings or communications.
•In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Site.
•You accept all responsibility for and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any actions taken by You or by any person authorised to use Your account. If You are dissatisfied with the Site, or the Services or any portion thereof, Your only recourse and exclusive remedy shall be to stop using the Site.
15. Disclosure of information
•You acknowledge and agree that the data and information provided by You shall be shared with third parties including Lenders and similar parties in order to facilitate You in availing a financial product and to provide the Services to You.
•You further acknowledge, consent and agree that the Site may access, preserve and disclose Your account information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
◦Comply with legal process
◦Comply with legal requirements imposed by Central, State or Local law or authorities
◦Enforce these Terms
◦Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties
◦Respond to Your requests for customer service
◦Protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Site, its users and the public
16. Intellectual property rights
•All the content displayed on the Site is the sole property of the Company. The trademarks, logos, designs and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Site are the property of the Company.
•Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of the Site. The copyright in the content on the Site as well as the Site itself shall always remain in the sole ownership of the Company.
•Any intellectual property rights arising as a result of makeover of any content provided by any User shall also vest with the Site. The User hereby grants a royalty free, exclusive and transferable right to the Site with respect to the content posted by them.
17. Termination
•The Site shall have the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site at its sole discretion, if the User is found to be in breach of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. The User further accepts that the Site shall incur no liability for such termination or suspension.
•In the event of unauthorised access to the Site, the Site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel subscriptions and terminate accounts without giving prior notice.
18. Indemnity
•You expressly agree that You shall indemnify, defend and hold the Site and its affiliates, owners, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, sponsors, suppliers, or partners (“Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all third party claims, allegations, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, awards, judgments or settlements, including all reasonable costs and expenses related thereto including attorney’s fees, that may be asserted, granted, imposed or brought against the Indemnified Parties due to or arising out of Your use of the Site, including without limitation on account of:
◦Infringement or alleged infringement by You of any rights in and to patents, trademarks, service marks, logo, design rights, copyright, or any other intellectual property
◦Use or misuse of the services of the Site by You
◦If You breach any of the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy
◦If any representation and warranty made by You being incorrect, false and misleading
◦Any third-party claim or any offence committed by You under all applicable laws
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
•These Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any action You or any third party may bring to enforce these Terms, or in connection with any matters related to the Site, shall be brought only in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
•You also agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
•If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

You certify that You have read and understood the above Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and that You agree to be bound by them. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to the Site and the Services We offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of the Terms or the Privacy Policy.
